As AI programs become more advanced and are used to influence how people think, a major conflict over their ethics is emerging. Activists are likely to bring their experience from the content moderation fight to this new war, which will involve decisions on how AI addresses political issues, how it portrays the world, and whether certain applications should exist. The potential conflict areas include race, gender, and warfare.
